Use the service lawfully

Use Fresy only for lawful logistics, account, content and communication purposes. Follow laws that apply to your organization, products and operating regions.

Protect people and accounts

Do not impersonate others, obtain credentials without permission or use account features to harass, deceive or harm people.

• Do not probe for registered accounts.
• Do not bypass access controls.
• Do not submit another person’s sensitive information without authority.

Protect the platform

Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to Fresy, OneHub or connected systems. Respect published rate limits and security controls.

Responsible content

Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, malicious or misleading material. Service inquiries should contain only information relevant to the requested discussion.

Enforcement

Freshyes LLC may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance. Serious misuse may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
